Collection DescriptionHistorical NoteLois Frazar (1911-2016) was a writer and member of Athens' Lesbian community. She was a graduate of the University of Kentucky and worked in Kentucky, Colorado, Florida, and California before retiring to Athens, Georiga in 1973 with her partner of 30 years, Jean Anderson (1912-1981). After Jean's death, Lois became active in Athens' Lesbian community and was a charter member of the Lesbian Support Group founded in 1987.
