Collection DescriptionHistorical NoteElijah Alexander Brown (1857-) was born in Canton, Georgia and was a graduate of the University of Georgia. He was a member of Chi Phi Fraternity and Phi Kappa Society. He married Henrietta Law McBride (d. 1896), daughter of Colonel Andrew J. McBride, in 1894.
