This document records the inferior court dispute between John Myrick, possibly the tax collector, and two men, George Fisher and James Lombardy. Myrick claims that two enslaved men, named George and Ricky, were levied as George Fisher's property, and did not belong to James Lombardy at the time.

Hugh Ingram is to receive a man named Bryant, $1400; a woman named Eliza, $300, a girl named Cinthia, $650; and a woman named Jane with her children Elbert and Evaline, $1500. Isaac Ramsay is to receive a man named George, $700; a man named Randal, $700; a woman named Amanda, $800; and a woman named Queen and her three children Jesse, Monroe, and Maragret, $1800. Thomas Barlow is to receive aman named Moses, $750; a man named Henry, $900; a woman named Debra, $250; a girl named Sarah, $650; a girl named Mary, $900; and an "idiot" girl named Appalona.

This is an appraisement for the estate of Thomas M. and Elizabeth B. Mann. It distributes 13 enslaved people among four heirs. Robert E. Mann is to receive Martha, a 26 year old woman and her infant child, $1500, and Jordan, a 7 year old boy, $600. James L. Mann is to receive two men, Arch, a 45 year old man, $1200; and Arthur, a 27 year old man, $1600. Thomas H.H. Mann is to receive Clarissa, a 35 year old woman and her infant child, $1250; Margaret, a 10 year old girl, $850; and Mary, an 8 year old girl, $700. Sarah E. Mann is to receive Wash, a 28 year old man, $1700, and Jinney, a 7 year old girl, $700. Robert J. Mann is to receive Tyler, an 18 year old man, $1600, and Franklin (Frank), a 7 year old boy, $700.
