The collection consists of miscellaneous documents: will of Charles S. Walker of Spartanburg District, South Carolina, 1853 (handwritten copy); deed from Thomas Haynes, Tax Collector of Elbert County, of seizure of property of Nelson Wanslow, 1836; copy of will and codicil of Mrs. Nancy B. Saye of Clarke County, Georgia; indenture between John Jones and John Wansley of Elbert County, 1812; land grant to Frederick Smith of Baldwin for land in Early County, December 1, 1819; scrapbook made in a ledger.
