Cooper, a national delegate to the Democratic Convention of 1912 stating his appreciation for Mr. Cooper's part in unifying the party in his area. The letter is typed on Wilson's Sea Grit, N.J. lettehead. Included is one delegate's pass to the convention in Baltimore on June 25.
