Robert Dudley Frazer, 37th Tennessee Regiment, enlisted September 1, 1861, and served in the Confederate Army during the Civil War.

Scope and Content

The collection consists of one letter: dated Ward no. 64, Officers Hospital, Griffin, Georgia, July 26, 1864, "Dear Madam," signed "Robert Dly Frazer," regarding the crippling injury J. Harvey endured in battle on July 22. Frazer describes the battle leading up to the injury in great detail.
