Robinson was president of the Southeastern Bowling Congress and chairman of Southern Bowler Magazine's 700 Club of the South, the latter of which he ran in the 1960's from Marietta, Georgia. Scope and ContentThe collection consists of materials documenting Joseph M. Robinson's participation in the Georgia bowling scene from 1957-1991. Correspondence regards the 700 Club, bowling tournaments, tournament advertisements, orders for club shirts and emblems, and Robinson's Hall of Fame induction. Southeastern Bowling Conference materials include minutes, financial reports, meeting notices, newsletters, and rules of governance. Printed matter includes Southeastern Bowling Congress souvenir programs, ads for Southern Bowler Magazine, bowling scorecards for various alleys, an American Bowling Congress Chattahoochee Hall of Fame certificate, and press releases regarding standings of 700 Club bowlers.
