Collection DescriptionHistorical NoteBenjamin Henry Barrow (1883-1963)was a civil engineer and county surveyor of Clarke County, Georgia. He was eductaed at Grove School (Miss Julia Moss); Athens Public Schools; University of Georgia Class of 1903 (did not graduate), and was a member of Chi Phi Fraternity. Son of David Crenshaw Barrow, Jr. Barrow married Henry Hull Lucas in 1907, they had a daugheter, Susan Frances Barrow (Mrs. William Tate). Scope and ContentThe papers consist of biographical information, diaries, field notes, correspondence, legal documents, bills, schoolwork, photographs, maps, and blueprints.
