Physical Characteristics and Technical RequirementsThe condition and quality of the negatives vary; many are scratched or otherwise damaged. The earlier negatives are 4x5 or 2x2, whereas there are an increasing number of less well-identified and less well-preserved 35mm negatives in folders in the later ranges of dates.
