Consists of a legal document transferring property from Richard Malcolm Johnston of Hancock County, Georgia, to Willie Edwards Bonner. Includes perceived property of an enslaved woman named Modena (36); her children Horace (14), Charlotte (5), Amy (2), and Caroline (16).
