Scope and ContentThe collection consists of biographical information of Joseph Wiley Reid, and photographs from Reid's service in Japan during World War II. Of particular interest is an autographed photograph of Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter, and a short note signed by the Carters thanking Reid for his help with Carter's campaign.
