Scope and Content

An undated three-page manuscript, probably from the turn of the twentieth century, relating in detail several suggestions for the disposal of sewage in Savannah. As in any coastal community, this was a very real problem to the area and a potential health hazard, so effective programs had to be established to contain the situation.
