Scope and ContentThe collection consists of a volume of legal briefs and precedents written entirely in the hand of Robert M. Charlton from 1824-1831. The volume includes information on deed of marriage settlements, subpoenas, injunctions, calculating interest, action for slander, mortgage foreclosures, etc. Also contains an index compiled by Charlton and several poems and other non-legal annotations.
