Collection DescriptionHistorical NoteHabersham Mills was a mill in Habersham County. In 1906, two woolen mills were purchased by investors and turned into a cotton mill. It was eventually purchased in 1977 by Russell Corporation and the mill pivoted into producing synthetic fiber. The mill closed in 1999.
