Collection DescriptionBiographical NoteRobert Ray was a Georgia State Representative 1982 to 2006 for District 108 and 136. He served on the Appropriations and Rules committees and chaired the House Agriculture and Consumer Affairs and Journals committees. Ray is a lifetime farmer in Crawford and Peach counties and is involved in numerous agricultural organizations. Scope and ContentThe Ray papers document his political career and include newspaper clippings, press releases, speeches, and campaign materials.
