While the Jenkins Club decided to keep no minutes, these records give insight into its operations over the years. Dr. Payne's
own manuscript in folder one gives the history of the organization and career information about many of its members. Folder
two also contains a wealth of information about the careers of several members. Apparently it was the practice of the club
to send a collection of research published by members to new members for review. Folder 4 contains a selection of articles
sent to member Dr. Thomas Dyer.
