This collection represents the scope of the duties for William Prokasy during his tenure at the University of Georgia. The
majority of the collection consists of correspondence and memoranda, meeting agendas and minutes, annual reports, and reviews.
Also included are committee files that precede Prokasy's appointment.
Prominently featured committees of the University of Georgia include the Academic Affairs Advisory Committee, Curriculum Committee,
Educational Affairs Committee, Honors Day Steering Committee, Disability Services Committee, and the Distance Learning and
Instructional Technology Committee.
Organizations outside of the University of Georgia with which Prokasy was heavily involved include the American Psychological
Association (APA), National Association of State Universities and Land-Grant Colleges (NASULGC), and Southern Association
of Colleges and Schools (SACS).
The National Association of State Universities and Land-Grant Colleges (NASULGC) is now referred to as the Association of
Public and Land Grant Universities (APLU).
