This collection is comprised of papers from the Atlanta Office of the Southern Alliance for Clean Energy, and its previous
iterations, Georgians for Clean Energy, and Campaign for a Prosperous Georgia. The materials document their research and work
opposing nuclear energy, power plants, and Georgia Power Company, as well as, their work advocating for clean energy, improving
air quality, and lower power rates. The collection has a focus on issues within Georgia and the Southeast, but does include
materials from across the country, including other similar organizations. The records include legal documents, correspondence,
research, newsletters, printed material, photographs, electronic records, and audiovisual recordings.
