Products include tobacco, coffee, bridles, linen, chicken, matches, lamps, shoes, gloves, potatoes, nails, calico cloth, thread, mulch, powder, crackers, rice, soda, salt, lard, sugar, corn, flour, soap, dough mix, oranges, butter, kitchenware, limes, etc. Ledgers also list jobs completed, who completed the job and how much their pay was.

This collection contains a ledger of laborers hired to work for the 1st Division Quartermasters, compiled by Captain Keating Simons, Jr. serving as Acting Commisary General of Subsistence. Names, occupations, compensation and pay are noted. Included are Federal prisoners who have taken the oath, named as George Holland, John Smith, James Redmond, Dominick Kelly; and Freedmen named Richmond, Zachariah, Ezekiel, and James. Enslaved people are listed as well as their owners, including Julius, cattle driver (E.C. Keckerly); Daniel, butcher (D.H. Silcox); George, cooper (K.L. Simons), Paul, cattle boy (Mrs. Gadsden); Joe, laborer (Mrs. Mays); Aaron, laborer (Joshua Ward); Dock, laborer (Mrs. McPherson); Ben, butcher (J.W. Harrison); Robert, butcher (W.L. Webb); and Porter, laborer (J.A. Enslow).

The collection consists of one copybook kept by Lieutenant H. C. Baldwin, containing financial ledgers and account, drafts of correspondence, and legal documents, many from the Town of Beacon Falls. Included is a testimony in a dispute between a man and two freed persons in Dahlonega, Georgia. The collection also includes a letter (written on the reverse side of a document with header: "Form of application for, and order of commital of indigent insane persons, and insane paupers to the Conn. Hospital for the Insane") concerning a debt owed to Baldwin.

The collection consists of some business papers and legal records of James Monroe Smith. The papers are concened mostly with a lawsuit against Cowan, Usry & Co., of Worth County, Georgia, and a suit contesting the disposition of the estate of Smith, who died intestate. The business papers include statements, receipts, and ledger sheets regarding "hiring convicts." The legal papers include copies of injuctions, contracts, depositions, petitions and promisory notes. The letters to and from lawyers refer to a case heard before the state court of appeals after Smith's death.

This collection consists of academic and personal material related to Etta Colclough Whelchel. Her diplomas from both the Georgia Normal and Industrical College (1912) and the University of Georgia (1920) are found in the collection. There is also information relating the the early years of women students at UGA and Etta's founding, in 1920, of the first Y.W.C.A. on campus. In addition, Etta's 1924 wedding gown, shoes and gloves are in the collection along with early photographs of both Etta and her husband, R.F. Whelchel.

The collection consists of three ledgers kept by Henry Hicks from 1852-1873. Hick's first ledger contains lecture notes from courses taken at the Medical College of Georgia, from lectures given by Drs. Louis A. Dugas, Paul F. Eve, and Robert S. Newton. The remainder of the ledger, and the remaining two ledgers, contains patient accounts, listing name of patient, services provided, charges and medicine dispensed. Ledgers also list the mileage Hicks charged as he traveled to visit his patients. Loose papers include a Freedmen list, an IOU, and a list of accounts. These accounts appear to be from an estate sale on December 28, 1843 and list household goods, livestock and names of people who were enslaved.
