The collection consists of drafts and presentation materials used throughout 2001 Initiative meetings. Several versions of the drafts contain hand-written notes. Materials cover a variety of topics, from the quality and sources of water in the Metro Atlanta area, to plan implementation techniques. Also included is the Final Report of the Clean Water Initiative. There is also material pertaining to Senate bill 130, which the Clean Water Initiative succeeded in passing in 2001. A VHS tape labeled "Clean Water Initiative (Local Coverage)" is available through the Walter J. Brown Media Library.

This collection contains family photographs, clippings, correspondence, legal documents, ephemera, and business records from the Weinmeister and McAdams families. Included are Civil War correspondence from three members of the McAdams family, as well as account books, stock books, and ledgers from the Hotel Weinmeister and its affliated businesses in Atlanta, Georgia.

A collection of Women's March protest posters and ephemera from the marches held in Atlanta, Georgia and Washington, D.C. in 2017-2021, #metoo movement, sexual harassment in the workplace, women's health and abortion, and planned parenthood.

The material in this collection date from 1960 through 1961 and relate to Charlotte Jones' activities with the UGA Women's Student Government Association and Mortar Board. The items include booklets, a program, newpaper clippings and notes from Mortar Board.

The collection consists primarily of fanzines related to science fiction and genre fan conventions. The first section of the collection consists of programs and fanzines regarding the World Science Fiction Conventions dating back to 1939 in New York City. The second section of the collection consists of various fanzines related to conventions around the world including New York City, Tokyo, London, and Melbourne.

Collection consists of photographs, writings and printed materials documenting the activities of the 47th Fighter Squadron during World War II, as well as its reunion activites and several artifacts from Iwo Jima.

The collection consists of correspondence, photographs, and records of First Presbyterian Church, Athens, Georgia, from 1907-1997. Several letters are from members of the armed forces, their families, chaplains and pastors during World War II. Photographs depict missionaries, church members, and the church building. Church records include inventories, bulletins, various resolutions and memorials.

The collection consists of correspondence, genealogical information on the Ball, Barksdale, Shivers, and other allied families, clippings, printed material, photographs, typed manuscripts of Ball's AP articles, World War II ephemera, unclassified military documents, postcards, and two 16 mm motion pictures of the war. The correspondence contains letters from Edward Ball to Lucy Shivers Ball during his service as an AP war correspondent while in London, England; France; and Germany. The correspondence also contains letters of the Barksdale family, Lucy Shivers, and Milner Shivers discussing family matters, daily activities, and news of friends or relatives.

This collection consists of the manuscripts and personal materials of author Berry Fleming. Many of his novels, such as Two Tales from Autumn and The Bookman's Tale, are included as well as several editions and variations of his comedy play The Acrobatz. Included are Fleming's ledgers, Harvard memorabilia, and photographs.

This collection has materials from 1906 to 1995 with most dating from the 1930s through the mid-1980s. Documents found in the collection include Gidden's scholarly writings, information about his work with gunpowder during World War II and some of his professional correspondence. There are teaching and lecture materials created during the years 1946-1985 when he was an UGA professor. Gidden's collection also has an extensive reading file consisting of articles and notes that date from 1906 to 1995. In addition, there are plaques and certificates awarded to him during the 1950s, 1970s and 1980s.
