The Auxiliary Services records include correspondence, subject files, budgetary files, fraternity and sorority housing files, and building and construction files.

This collection consists of reviews and assessments for many of UGA's major academic programs. These reports date from 1992 through 2012 and were used, in conjuction with other studies, by the Task Force on General Education and Student Learning. This Task Force presented a report (using the earlier data) on how to meet the challenges for undergraduate general education at the University in 2005. In addition to its use by the UGA Administration and the Task Force, these documents also provide researchers with information on the operations of most of the major academic programs found at UGA in the 1990s through the 2000s.

This collection consists of information on Dr. Odum's professional meetings and travel, manuscripts and published papers, graduate student records, Ecology Institute information, correspondence and building plans, records pertaining to L.R. Pomeroy, financial information, grant proposals, newsletters, surveys, and other miscellaneous information.

The collection contains printed materials, writing, manuals and case studies, research reports, surveys, and ephemera. The materials document Torrance's studies and research work in the area of creative thinking, his development and use of the Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking, and his case studies with gifted children.
