The collection consists of one black and white photograph of "London's great welcome to American troops." The note on the reverse side of the photograph continues "The U. S. Troops passing the King, Queen, Queen Alexandra, Major General John Biddle and Prince and Princess Arthur of Connaught outside Buckingham Palace." The collection also includes an envelope addressed to "Col. Charles A. Fowler, The Union League Club."
