This collection contains special edition newspapers printed in Athens, Georgia. The content usually relates to a special occasion, such as Memorial day, Centenniel celebrations, and other various anniversaries related to the city and the University of Georgia. The items date from 1875-1982, with most being from the early 1900s. Many of the items relay information regarding the history of Athens with pictures of important places, including many historic houses that are no longer standing.

Arabella Clark Cleveland collection, 1912-1973

The collection consists of letters to Arabella Cleveland from the Dent family and a few other friends, although the majority of the letters are from Ophelia. After their father's death, Miriam and Ophelia operated a dairy on the plantation, and the letters describe daily life on the plantation including weather, the Hofwyl dairy, food, flowers, servants, family dogs and poignant letters about their deaths, social events, travel, antiques, sewing and clothes. Ophelia often visited the Belins at their home Evermay (Washington, DC) and the DuPonts at their estate Longwood (Kennett Square, PA). The Dents were friends with the Haynes family at Ashantilly, the Huston family at Butler Plantation and the Phillips family in Savannah.

The collection consists of the correspondence of Graham Rawson from 1913-1947. Much of the correspondence documents Rawson's attempts to get his works published and his plays produced or the financial side of publication. Other correspondence pertains to the problems of translating dramatic works; difficulties associated with turning novels into films or plays; and books reviewed for publishing companies particularly George Allen and Unwin. The collection contains both incoming correspondence to Rawson as well as typed carbons of his letters.

The collection consists of biographical information, correspondence from family and friends, Army papers, printed material, photographs, and artifacts. The correspondence includes World War II letters to Rayburn Moore from his family and friends and World War I letters from Max Moore in England to his wife. Max was a sergeant in the American Expeditionary Forces, Hospital Unit T, Medical Department. The artifacts include a World War II Army uniform, a World War I blue star banner, dog tags, medals, a man's watch, and an American flag.
