The collection consists of one typewritten letter: dated Westport, Connecticut, June 11, 1948, "Dear Mr. Walker," signed "Hamilton Basso," regarding Charles Prendergast, Maurice Prendergast, and some other people that Walker might want to talk to.

The collection consists of photographs and correspondence of Myrtle Louise Davis while training and serving for the Women's Army Corps, from 1944-1946. Davis writes from Third WAC Training Center in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia; Halloran General Hospital, Staten Island, New York; Plattsburgh Barracks, Plattsburgh, New York; Greensboro and Fort Braggs, North Carolina. Correspondence regards basic training, inspections, staging, girls in her platoon; classes for becoming a registered Occupational Therapist, patients, activities in the barracks; WAC events, her job in the Medical Library, music classes, duties at the AAF Convalescent Hospital, and army life. Photographs (circa 1944-1946) depict Louise and WAC officers posing at different locations, including A.A.F. Convalescent Hospital and Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia. The collection also includes Davis's personnel records, postcards collected by Davis (with images of Grand Central Station Serviceman's Lounge, WAAC images, WAAC Military Band, Camp MacDonough, Plattsburg, and Albany), training schedules, and standard "How to" procedures. Loose issues of Army Talk (published by the War Department); The Barracks Bag and The Sentry (both published by AAF Convalescent Hospital at Plattsburg Barracks, N.Y.) are also included.

This collection includes hand written questions and answers to and from each of the artists featured in the book Athens Potluck. The notes were written on a variety of materials including a vinyl record, a record sleeve, paper scraps, cardboard, canvas, and a ping pong paddle.

Products include tobacco, coffee, bridles, linen, chicken, matches, lamps, shoes, gloves, potatoes, nails, calico cloth, thread, mulch, powder, crackers, rice, soda, salt, lard, sugar, corn, flour, soap, dough mix, oranges, butter, kitchenware, limes, etc. Ledgers also list jobs completed, who completed the job and how much their pay was.

The collection consists of correspondence from C. G. Hargrove, and C. S. Hargrove & Co., Sparta, Georgia, concerning family matters and some financial transactions. The collection also includes an oath of allegiance to the United States after the Civil War, a receipt from the United States Internal Revenue Service, poem regarding the death of an infant along with a note signed "Eliza," and a counter check.
