The collection consists of materials and correspondence relating to various works by Webb Garrison. Included are an original typescript, a photocopy as circulated for pre-publication appraisal, printer's galleys, page proofs, copies, reviews and appraisals, a manuscript for condensed publications.

The Georgia Athletics Oral History Project began as a series of interviews with former University of Georgia head football coach and athletic director, Vince Dooley. The collection seeks to document the athletic program history of the University of Georgia and other state higher education institutions.

Correspondence concerns Mullis's transfers, Mulberry Island, rumors, camp life, his views of the war, and attacks in Fort Montmorency. The collection also includes correspondence and newspaper clippings relating to the death of Trafford Williams, a Garrison cap and insignia, and genealogical materials from 1942-1965.

The collection consists of writings and photographs of Garrison family members, and a 1913 yearbook from Wesleyan College, Macon, Georgia, titled The Ku Klux.

The collection consists of the World War I gas mask belonging to Corporal Bill McKinnon of Athens, Georgia.

The collection consists of a typescript titled Gaulding Lodge No. 215 Minute Book No. 2, Dublin, Fayette County, Ga. 1864. Included in the typescript are minutes dating January 2, 1864-July 21, 1864 (copied from the original by Mrs. Marjorie Brasselle Malloy, January 20, 1977), lineage sheets on the first two generations of Brasselle's, and personal remarks added by Malloy regarding Brasselle descendants.

The collection consists of 1. a poem on cork and leaflet "Confederate Cross of Honor" ; 2. metal dress hate badge of United Confederate Veterans, Macon, Ga. ; 3. three reunion buttons (two with ribbons) for 1898 and 1909 conclaves and five associated ribbons ; 4. United Daughters of the Confederacy small oval framed painting of Confederate flags, 1900 ; 5. souvenir poster of the 44th annual reunion of the United Confederate Veterans ; 6. gavel made of native cedar given to the U.D.C. president general by the State of Arkansas ; 7. gavel made of wood from the home of Alexander H. Stephens and presented to the U.D.C by Robert R. Gunn with typed sheet stating these facts.

This collection consists of a letter written by Gayle Miller at the end of her Freshman year at the University of Georgia in 1972. The letter was written to her friend Margie Bartels who lived in Oxford, Georgia.
