Petition of Robert Barnard to Governor and Council requesting return of land on WhitmarshIsland granted to petitioner's mother Jane Barnard in 1761, but erroneously sold as confiscated estate to Thomas Netherclift. Signed Robert Barnard.

Oath of surveyor William Barnard, that land on Whitemarsh Island was granted to Jane Barnard for her then minor son Robert Barnard.
