Yearly Church Burning Files, 1962-2012

When this archive was transferred to the University, some of the folders in this sub-series were empty, while others contained only blank intake forms. While it is uncertain why the intake forms were never completed, the archivists made the decision to retain folders with blank forms but remove the folders that were empty, on the rationale that the empty folders would only convey the city, state, date, and name of the church. These four data elements are baseline information that could be obtained from the church burning registry or from external sources.
