Subseries B. Constituent Letters Singles contains correspondence from Cleland's constituents about issues of concern to them, or more general correspondence such as articles they think he should read, thank you letters, and other pleasantries. Some letters are annotated with an Interest Code that indicates the form letter used to respond to the constituent. The term "Singles" was used by Cleland's staff and appears to mean that there were not enough letters to respond to as a batch. The "batch" correspondence is Subseries A. Issue Mail.
The subseries also includes data exported from Cleland's constituent management system.
