This series consists of speeches O'Neal delivered to a wide variety of constituents and colleagues, both as a sitting member of Congress and as a candidate. Files related to individual speeches contain typescripts, drafts, notes, correspondence and supporting material for his speeches. Also included are O'Neal's statements on the floor of the U.S. House that appeared in the Congressional Record. For additional speech material, see also Series III.
