Arranged alphabetically by subject and chronologically by year within each subject. News clippings document Rowland's activities, his legislative priorities, and issues affecting the Eighth District. Of particular interest are the Health Issues clippings, which cover many of Rowland's major initiatives, such as funding for AIDS research, and the Campaign clippings, which cover Rowland's and his opponents' campaign activities and positions on various issues.
