3. Intergovernmental Affairs Mail, 1983-1986, 1993-1994
- Scope and content:
-
Intergovernmental Affairs Mail consists of letters from constituents to Rowland requesting help about a particular topic that involved a federal agency. Staff assistants Richard Gordon (98th-99th Congress, 1983-1986) and Dominic Barial (103rd Congress, 1993-1994) handled these requests. Files are organized by topic or federal agency in original order, which is loosely alphabetical. Select files are restricted due to personal information contained therein, and will open seventy-five years from date of creation.
