This series primarily contains photographs related to Lanham's service on the House Committees on Public Works and Foreign Affairs. Among these images are photographs of Highway Improvement Association projects, the process of mining and distributing iron ore, flood scenes in Rome, Georgia, and U.S. Air Force planes. The remaining photographs are of Lanham himself and Lanham's friends, family, or political associates. It is important to note that several of these images are unidentified and/or undated.
