The Correspondence series contains both general correspondence to James Peters, as chairman of the Georgia State Democratic Executive Committee, and Democratic National Headquarters correspondence. Included within these materials are newspaper articles, press releases, pamphlets and brochures, as well as correspondence with Stephen A. Mitchell, the chairman of the Democratic National Committee during this time.
