Series I. Administrative contains the Georgia Republican Party's administrative files. This series dates from 1982 to 1999 and contains 8.5 linear feet of material arranged into series by the Chairman represented in the collection and chronologically. Some administrative materials are mixed in Series II. Political files. Materials included in the Administrative series are planning documents, strategic assessments and reports, issue files, press and news clippings, legislative records, national and state party memos, and correspondence. Subseries in this series correspond to the Chairmen represented in the collection: Subseries A. Bob Bell (1983-1985), Subseries B. Paul Coverdell (1985-1987), Subseries C. John Stuckey (1987-1989), Subseries D. Alec Poitevint (1987-1989 and 1989-1991), Subseries E. Billy Lovett (1993-1995), and Subseries F. Rusty Paul (1995-1997 and 1997-1999).
