B. Voting Records/Bill Files

Scope and content:

Subseries B is comprised of legislative files introduced in the House of Representatives and Jenkins personal voting records (1978-1986). The files in this subseries include proposed legislative bills including Georgia issues and proposed legislation sent to Congressman Jenkins for co-sponsorship. Topics in this subseries include legislation on water and lake resources, the Chattahoochee National Forest, education, energy, and the Georgia Wilderness Act of 1986.
