Historical Note

Ben Moore was an attorney from Marietta, Georgia and a World War II veteran. He served as the foreman of the September-October term of the Fulton County grand jury in 1958, during which time they issued a special presentment denouncing the bombing of Hebrew Benevolent Congregation Temple in Atlanta and urging anyone with information to come forward.

Contains documents from Ben Moore's tenure as foreman of the Fulton County grand jury, pertaining mainly to the Temple Bombing. Includes a summons to appear in court to be sworn in as a grand juror, a draft copy of the grand jury presentment, and correspondence from around the time he served on the grand jury in 1958.
