The Augusta Stockyard Company was owned and operated by W. P. White, and located at the corner of Walker and Tenth Streets in Augusta, Georgia.

The collection consists of a single letter on company letterhead from the Augusta Stockyard Company to a Mr. J. D. McBride of Bradley, South Carolina. The company is responding to a question about whether or not they handle turkeys. Also included are a travelers check and two bills of sale.
