Corra Mae White Harris (1869-1935) was a novelist from Georgia, best known for her first novel, A Circuit Rider's Wife. For further information, see the article "Corra Harris" at the New Georgia Encylcopedia.

Scope and Content

The collection consists of a manuscript titled "In Search of a Husband," by Corra Harris. The collection also includes two letters to Mrs. Katherine Connerat. One is regarding Connerat's letter, a gift to Oglethorpe University, and an article Harris is working on for Ladies Home Journal; the other regarding books sent to Connerat, and an invitation sent from Connerat.
