Scope and Content
The collection consists of Tuggle and Tugwell genealogy traced back to 1630. Also included are indentures, plats, petitions, titles, deeds and other legal documents of Tuggle, Parks, and Deaton families concerning land transactions from 1856-1942. Land was located in Gwinnett, Hall, Jackson and Barrow counties in Georgia, and Rutland County, Vermont.
