Scope and Content
The collection consists of correspondence (photocopies) between Marcellus Stanley and his wife, Julia A. T. (Pope) Stanley, from 1861-1864. The collection also consists of a genealogical chart of the Hills of Wilkes County, and photocopies of obituaries (undated) for Major Marcellus Stanley.
