Scope and Content
The collection consists of one letter from R.H. Everett of the J.W. Worthington and Company, a railroad construction company of Birmingham, Alabama 
proposing a rail connection in North Georgia. He states that a line that can be linked to Birmingham and then Kansas City through North Georgia, particularly with a line running to a seaport, could be very profitable.
