Ku Klux Klan (KKK), a secret society organized in 1866 by Nathan Bedford Forest and other Confederate veterans to intimidate newly freed African Americans. Disbanded in 1869, the KKK re-emerged in 1915 under the leadership of William J. Simmons.
This collection consists of one small pocket knife inscribed KKK.
