Josephine Isabella Morton (1844-1877), daughter of William M. and Mary Jones Morton of Athens (Ga.), was married to Henry Jonathan Nicholes.
Scope and Content
The autograph album contains poems of friendship and love from friends of "Josie." The last entry dated March 25, 1866 is titled "Adieu to our Dear Henry and Josie" and is signed E. W. N., her mother-in-law.
