The collection consists of a sepia toned photograph titled The Wesley Oak, by Riddle, April 19, 1871 (copyright secured May 1871). The photography portrays Bishop George F. Pierce, Bishop William M. Wightman, and Reverend L. Pierce standing under the tree where John and Charles Wesley preached when Georgia was in her Colonial state.
