, under Raphael Semmes.

The collection consists of one letter: dated Halifax, Nova Scotia, December 10, 1895, to "My dear Mrs. Kell," signed "R. F. Armstrong," regarding Two Years on the 
Alabama , written by Arthur Sinclair.
