Scope and Content
The collection consists of the account book of Dr. A. C. Neal for his medical practice in Elberton, Georgia, 1862-1863. Entries include name of patient, reason for visit, medicine dispensed, and price. The book also includes the Constitution and Bylaws of the Fire-side Guards, signed by 36 members.
