Tom McCall was a member of the Georgia House of Representatives from 1995 to 2020, representing district 33. During his time in office, he was on the Natural Resources and Environment committee, the transportation committee, and the Game, Fish and Parks committee. He was also chair of the House Agriculture and Consumer Affairs Committee. McCall is the current president of the Georgia Farm Bureau. In addition, McCall has been a member of the Farm Service Agency's Elbert County committee, and a Soil Conservation District supervisor. McCall previoulsy recieved an Agriculure Degree from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College, and a Bachelor's in Agronomy from the University of Georgia.
