The company was to be located in High Point, Guilford County, North Carolina. The proceedings are dated May 30, 1887, and the incorporators' names are D. Schenck, Samuel H. Wiley, and Thomas B. Keogh. The transcript of the proceedings is dated May 31, 1887, sealed by Albert A. Holton, Clerk of Superior Court of Guilford County.
