		this loan is for John A. Cobb, Lamar H. Cobb, Howell Cobb, Andrew Cobb, Mrs. Sarah Rucker, and Mrs. Alex Irwin. The document contains an appraisal of the soil, timber, water supply, annual rainfall, cotton and corn crops, livestock, management, labor, and buildings at "The Dominie" Plantation. It is adjacent to Spring Creek Plantation, and the features are noted as being comparable.
