Ben Moore was an attorney from Marietta, Georgia and a World War II veteran. He served as the foreman of the September-October term of the Fulton County grand jury in 1958, during which time they issued a special presentment denouncing the bombing of Hebrew Benevolent Congregation Temple in Atlanta and urging anyone with information to come forward.
